Welcome to Xpress Biz Suite. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website xpressbiz.in and the application keep.xpressbiz.in (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by XPRESSTECH, a brand of X24 Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Billing & Fees

Certain features of the Service may be subject to a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service as described on the pricing page. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Payment Processing & Billing Descriptors

We use third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay) to process transactions. Depending on the specific payment method selected (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking), the charge on your bank statement may appear under one of the following names:

• XPRESSTECH
• X24 Technologies
• Shahid Bux (Founder)

By proceeding with a transaction, you acknowledge that any of these names may appear as the billing descriptor for your purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of XPRESSTECH (X24 Technologies) and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall XPRESSTECH, X24 Technologies, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; or c) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Vijaya Puram (Port Blair), Andaman and Nicobar Islands, or the appropriate High Court having jurisdiction over X24 Technologies' registered office.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
